Value Buds is hiring a Multi Unit Store Manager to own store results and exceptional customer experiences. You will lead daily operations, develop teams, and manage sales, KPIs, labour, budgets, inventory, merchandising, and reporting. Provincial cannabis compliance remains central.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across Value Buds stores
Recruit, train, coach, and manage store teams
Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
Ensure cannabis regulatory and company policy compliance
Requirements: Three or more years retail or customer service leadership experience
Solid sales, people leadership, and operational skills
Regulated retail experience preferred
Valid cannabis selling certification
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and pass screening
