Collaborate with Human Resources teams on recruitment needs
Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or equivalent
Three to four years in communications, recruitment, or talent development
Strategic thinking aligned with company priorities
Cooperative relationships with varied partners
Ability to facilitate sessions in French and English
