Key Responsibilities: Assist Shift Managers supervising multiple food service units
Supervise menu production and complete cash readings
Schedule staff hours, hire employees, and train associates
Track weekly inventory, sales, labour, and food costs
Address café patron issues promptly and positively
Requirements: At least one year of food industry management experience
FoodSafe Level 1 Certification
Robust supervisory skills and staff leadership capability
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and food service catering
