This new Court team role supports personal debt solutions through accurate legal documentation and organized administration. You will prepare reports, draft correspondence, enter formal records, and coordinate with internal staff, legal professionals, and court representatives. The position also includes community outreach and social media support.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and proofread court reports and legal documents
Liaise with staff, legal professionals, and court representatives
Draft client letters and other correspondence




Enter documents into internal systems and insolvency databases
Coordinate priorities and manage workload with management
Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
