This part time position requires 24 or more hours weekly and supports Central Baptist Church’s mission and ministry. The coordinator maintains buildings, grounds, and equipment while interacting with staff, volunteers, leaders, congregants, contractors, visitors, and community members. The work includes facility coordination, inspections, repairs, and maintenance team supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain church facilities, internal structures, grounds, and equipment
Identify maintenance and safety concerns requiring corrective action
Oversee contractor inspections, maintenance, and repairs
Develop, train,



and supervise the Maintenance Team
Coordinate regular maintenance and facility projects
Requirements: Experience in building maintenance, facility management, or property care
Practical knowledge of building systems, tools, and equipment
Knowledge of preventative maintenance, repairs, and safe work practices
Required safety certifications or willingness to obtain them
Professing and practicing Christian with personal faith in Jesus Christ
