Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse assesses and plans resident needs while delivering skilled procedures. The position supports seniors through nursing care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing evaluation. Key Responsibilities: Assess and plan resident nursing care needs
Administer medications and document care appropriately
Develop and evaluate resident plans of care
Collaborate with residents and substitute decision makers




Participate in interdisciplinary resident care conferences
Requirements: BScN, BN, or equivalent nursing education
Current Ontario Registered Nurse registration
Knowledge of nursing processes and geriatric care trends
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Administrative, computer, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Support Northern Heights residents through skilled nursing, medication administration, documentation, and compassionate care on permanent part time nights.
