Support autism services at ErinoakKids as a Program Support Facilitator in Brampton, using behavioural intervention and client-centred care.
This permanent, full time, on-site position supports children and young adults with autism or complex medical and behavioural needs. You will assist structured activities, communication development, daily living skills, and respite services. Collaboration with therapists, clinicians, and support staff is central to consistent care.
Key Responsibilities: Implement behavioural intervention strategies for young children with autism
Assist with personal care, feeding, mobility, and daily living
Support social interaction and communication development through structured activities
Provide supervision in therapeutic and respite settings




Maintain documentation and contribute to client progress reports
Requirements: Child and Youth Worker, Developmental Support Worker, or relevant education
Experience supporting autism, developmental disabilities, or complex medical needs
Experience supporting challenging behaviours in children and youth
CPR and First Aid certification with vulnerable sector screening
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Bring behavioural support, communication, and client-centred care skills to ErinoakKids’ Brampton respite services team.
