Coordinate raw material supply and logistics planning with GIP Materials Engineering, using advanced Excel analysis to support operational decisions.
Reporting to the EVP, the Materials Coordinator supports supply planning, shipment coordination, and customer order delivery. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance/Accounting, and stakeholders across GIP business units. The work includes forecasts, inventory analysis, cost summaries, pricing models, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate material supply from supply points
Prepare forecasts, inventory plans, and purchase requirements
Track volumes against commitments and supply changes
Prepare customs clearance documentation for cross-border goods




Communicate plans and analyses for operational decisions
Requirements: One to three years coordinating projects, planning, or analysis
Solid analytical abilities and advanced Excel proficiency
PowerBI proficiency or ability to develop competency quickly
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Post-secondary business, logistics, operations, or supply chain education considered an asset
Apply supply coordination, forecasting, inventory analysis, and Excel expertise to support GIP Materials Engineering operations.
