Kelly Services is recruiting for a client seeking a seasoned maintenance skilled. As part of the night shift team, you will maintain equipment reliability and support continuous plant operations. The position requires independent troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and several years of post-certification industrial maintenance experience.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and material handling equipment
Complete preventative and predictive maintenance work
Repair mechanical power transmission components and equipment
Perform welding, fabrication,



and equipment modification tasks
Maintain workplace safety during continuous plant operations
Requirements: Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright License
Several years of post-certification industrial maintenance experience
Independent troubleshooting ability in industrial environments
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Proficiency with MIG, stick, and oxy-acetylene cutting
