Work across servers, storage, virtualization, and public cloud as an Associate Network Analyst supporting CDW’s 24/7/365 NOC operations.
This position provides administration and technical support for customer infrastructure within CDW’s Managed Services NOC team. You will address issues involving networking, security, virtualization, patching, servers, storage, and public cloud. The role combines monitoring, documentation, vendor coordination, and ITIL-aligned operational work. A proactive approach, concise communication, and effective collaboration support excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Perform administration across infrastructure and cloud technologies
Troubleshoot networking, security, virtualization, and server issues
Manage patching activities for customer environments




Maintain technical procedures and administrative processes
Update configuration management database records
Requirements: Understanding of Windows, Linux, networking, storage, and security technologies
Experience with ticketing and monitoring systems
Technical training, one to two years’ industry experience, or certifications
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
Bilingual English and French is nice to have
Use cloud and infrastructure administration skills to support reliable customer operations through CDW’s managed services NOC.
