Lead student housing leasing at Yugo Raleigh Logan using property tours, resident retention, and team oversight to support occupancy goals. This hourly, non-exempt position pays $21 to $23 per hour.
As Leasing Manager, you will report to the General Manager and direct leasing efforts at the property. The work includes applicant qualification, rental documentation, resident communication, and move-in coordination. You will also coach leasing staff and support resident satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee leasing, retention, and lease renewal activities
Conduct property tours and qualify applicants
Process applications, leases, and move-in documentation
Lead marketing and resident outreach initiatives
Coach leasing staff and coordinate resident events
Requirements: One year of residential property or rental operations experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
Entrata or relevant rental software experience
Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to train
