Support GEOX footwear retail operations with cash management, inventory control, and customer service as a Key Holder reporting to the Store Manager.
This Key Holder helps maintain effective store performance across sales, operations, and customer experience. Responsibilities include executing sales opportunities, serving as sales floor MOD when management is absent, processing shipments and inventory movements, and following loss prevention procedures. The position also maintains visual directives, store organization, health and safety standards, and communication routines. Candidates need at least two years of retail experience, preferably in fashion apparel or footwear, plus a High School or College Degree or equivalent retail experience. Strong computer, financial, communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required, including Microsoft Excel and POS system proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:



Execute opportunities to maximize sales and support store objectives
Serve as sales floor MOD without store management
Process consolidations, recalls, markdowns, and shipment receiving
Investigate negative inventory and process damages and mismates
Follow cash management, loss prevention, and safety procedures
Requirements: At least two years’ retail industry experience required
Customer-centric, results-focused retail background preferred
High School or College Degree, or commensurate experience
Understanding of retail performance metrics and business decisions
Ability to manage multiple tasks and critical deadlines
