This full time Building Operator position supports Dream’s commercial, office, or retail properties. You will perform preventative maintenance, answer tenant service calls, oversee property safety, and troubleshoot technical issues. The work requires five years of Building Operations experience and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
Complete tenant service calls professionally and promptly
Oversee property appearance and safety
Operate building automation and life safety systems
Troubleshoot issues and recommend practical solutions
Requirements: Five years of Building Operations experience
Commercial, office, or retail environment experience
Valid driver’s license
Operator Class 5 I Certificate completed or enrolled
Familiarity with safety, fire codes, and WHMIS
