As a Research Assistant 2, you will assist with molecular laboratory equipment and genomic data. The work includes preparing equipment for plant molecular research and maintaining data in-house through DRAC and at NCBI. Familiarity with Stromvik lab data and equipment is required.
Key Responsibilities: Set up micropipetters for plant molecular work
Prepare centrifuges for laboratory research activities
Set up PCR machines for molecular work
Inventory the laboratory's genomic data
Update genomic data in DRAC and NCBI
Requirements: Master's degree required
Familiarity with Stromvik lab data
Familiarity with Stromvik lab equipment
Authorization to work in Canada
Willingness to work in Quebec
