As Maintenance Supervisor, you will keep facility and production equipment functioning efficiently while improving maintenance practices, procedures, and staff training. The position oversees maintenance activities across all shifts and supports regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance. You will diagnose machinery issues, repair PLC systems, and manage preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment problems
Troubleshoot and repair PLC and control systems
Assign preventive maintenance across facility and production assets
Oversee maintenance safety,



regulatory, and environmental compliance
Train and develop maintenance personnel
Requirements: Fourth Class Power Engineering Certificate
Three years repairing industrial processing equipment
Two years supervising maintenance personnel preferred
Blueprint, schematic, Microsoft Office, and maintenance system proficiency
Lockout/Tagout experience and ability to lift 80 pounds
