This casual Resident Attendant position supports residents through personal care, hygiene, mobility, meals, and emotional support. You will follow care plans and company standards while observing and reporting changes in resident conditions. The work reflects Cogir’s focus on human focus, creativity, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Follow resident care plans under supervisor direction
Assist with personal care, hygiene, and daily living
Support ambulation, transfers, mobility, and adaptive aids




Observe and report resident condition or safety changes
Prepare nutritious meals and maintain clean environments
Requirements: Personal Support Worker certificate or provincial equivalent
Experience working with seniors in community health services
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to lift or transfer clients and obtain screening
