The Environmental Services Supervisor handles routine repairs and service tasks across residence systems and property areas. Responsibilities span HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, security, and life safety systems. You will also support fire prevention, infection control, pest control, mandatory training, and compliance with applicable workplace safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities: Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and security systems
Participate in fire prevention, pest control, and infection control programs
Complete required training, education, drills, and documentation




Follow corporate policies and applicable occupational health and safety legislation
Promote learning and exceed residents’ expectations through core values
Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 education
Minimum two years of maintenance operations experience
Demonstrated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life safety experience
Proficient written and verbal English
Strong communication skills focused on resident satisfaction
Bring maintenance operations experience, safety awareness, and solid communication to Environmental Services supervision at Verve Senior Living.
