GreenShield in Canada is seeking an Investigation and Analysis professional to support the Claim Watch program, using AI and data to detect fraud, abuse, and misuse. You will conduct interviews and analyze utilization trends to inform preventative controls.
You will collaborate across teams, mentor staff, develop dashboards, and provide strategic insights to leadership. A university degree in business is required, with 5+ years in audit or fraud roles and solid analytical skills.
