Represent Dyson technology in retail through product demonstrations, shopper consultation, and informed selling across assigned stores. Work as a confident brand advocate in person.
As an In-store Dyson Expert, you will represent Dyson products and categories while educating shoppers and retail sales associates. You will use Dyson’s sales model, discover customer needs, demonstrate appropriate tools, and support an exceptional shopper experience. The position includes beauty events, operational tasks, and daily reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate Dyson products clearly for shoppers and clients
Consult with shoppers to identify suitable products
Educate retail associates on product features and technologies
Maintain displays, cleanliness, stock,



and visual merchandising
Complete accurate daily CRM and HRIS reporting
Requirements: Minimum one year of in-person retail selling experience
Technology and beauty industry experience preferred
Comfort leading Masterclasses and speaking to groups
Availability for retail hours, including weekends
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Bring retail selling, technology knowledge, and consultation skills to represent Dyson and guide shoppers toward appropriate products.
