Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily Security Operations Center staff operations
Evaluate personnel performance and take corrective action
Administer access cards, changes, groups, and reports
Maintain security system settings under established procedures
Review incident and technical reports for completeness
Requirements: Minimum three years of security experience
Previous supervisory or management experience
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Understanding of incident reporting and emergency response
Experience managing employees, schedules, and client relationships
