Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
Role Summary Titanium Ford, proudly part of the Steve Marshall Group, is looking for an organized, motivated, and hands-on Lot Manager to join our team! The successful candidate will oversee daily lot operations, ensure our vehicle inventory is properly maintained and presented, and lead our Lot Attendants/Porters in supporting smooth dealership operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked, organized, and displayed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly lot setting.
Supervise Lot Attendants/Porters, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and photo-ready for online listings and customer presentations.
Coordinate vehicle movement for test drives, deliveries, and service appointments.




Manage key control and ensure proper vehicle security measures are followed.
Conduct regular lot audits to confirm accurate inventory and proper vehicle placement.
Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon arrival from manufacturers or trade-ins.
Support Sales Managers with vehicle preparation for promotions, events, and sales displays.
Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Detailing teams to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.
Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional vehicle presentation.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
