Manage financial processes and reporting as Arrow’s Senior Administrator in Fort St. James, BC, using accounting expertise and Microsoft Excel. This hybrid-eligible position follows established parameters and is not fully remote.
Supporting Arrow’s Portable Wood Processing North team, you will work closely with the Division Manager. The position covers revenue, payables, reconciliations, payroll, reporting, and accounting-cycle deadlines. Forestry knowledge, accurate documentation, and reliable office administration support divisional operations.
Key Responsibilities: Audit and reconcile revenue and payable information
Process accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and petty cash
Prepare invoices, statements, reports, and financial analyses
Track stumpage transactions, MOF accounts,



and forestry shipments
Maintain PEFC documentation and support annual audits
Requirements: Four to six years’ progressive experience with Grade 12
Or post-secondary certificate and one to three years’ experience
Full accounting cycle experience, including payroll and year-end processes
Understanding of forestry terminology, PEFC, and MOF processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and robust attention to accuracy
