Own release engineering standards at Meridian in a hybrid St. Catharines position focused on Git, CI/CD pipelines, and build reproducibility.
As the senior practitioner, you will govern branching, artifact versioning, code custody, and development and QA environments. You will direct contingent release engineers and resolve complex build and setting issues independently. The work supports governed promotion criteria across a multi-stage delivery estate.
Key Responsibilities: Govern branching, repository protection, and code custody standards
Engineer reproducible builds using Azure Artifacts, NuGet, and npm
Operate development and QA environments to CI/CD standards
Maintain release pipelines within shared templates




Serve as escalation point for build and environment issues
Requirements: Minimum seven years in release engineering, build engineering, or DevOps
Expert Git branching, Azure DevOps, Artifacts, and GitHub Actions knowledge
PowerShell and Python scripting proficiency
Experience managing non-production environments in regulated settings
Working knowledge of C# and .NET application development
