As Senior Tire Department Supervisor, you will direct a growing department and develop Tire Technicians. Your work covers mounting, balancing, TPMS installation, inventory, shipping, receiving, packaging, returns, and warranty processing.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily Tire and Wheel Department operations
Supervise, coach, train, and develop assigned team members
Oversee mounting, balancing, TPMS installation, and assembly
Maintain inventory accuracy and organized product locations
Coordinate shipping, receiving, packaging, returns, and warranty activities
Requirements: Three to five years of wheel and tire experience
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Knowledge of mounting, balancing, TPMS, and wheel accessories
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive leadership attitude focused on teamwork
