Concorde Entertainment Group seeks an experienced Event Chef for full time, permanent work reporting to the Executive Chef. This position leads practical event coordination while supporting food preparation, employee training, transportation, and venue readiness. Clear communication with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams remains central to successful execution.
Key Responsibilities: Foster professional relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners
Collaborate across departments and Concorde venues
Schedule employees and organize event site plans
Operate catering vehicles and cargo vans safely




Coordinate electrical, propane, gas, and live-fire requirements
Requirements: Strong communication and relationship-development abilities
Ability to manage and train hospitality teams
Composure and professionalism during difficult, stressful situations
Microsoft Office Suite working knowledge
Open scheduling availability and age over 18 required
Use event leadership, stakeholder communication, and catering coordination skills to deliver dependable culinary operations with Concorde.
