Massilly North America seeks a Printing Press Operator with at least three years of commercial or manufacturing experience. You will inspect printed products, adjust press conditions, monitor operating processes, and maintain production standards. The work requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities: Inspect print clarity, color accuracy, specifications, and external defects
Adjust speed, temperature, ink flow, positions, and pressure tolerances
Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes for malfunctions




Complete ink color and viscosity quality checks
Maintain production and operational records
Requirements: Three years’ printing press operation experience minimum
Robust mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to distinguish between different colors
Basic English and computer skills
Ability to work rotating shifts and lift 40–80 pounds
Bring press operation, mechanical troubleshooting, and quality inspection skills to Massilly North America’s production operations.
