Coordinate specialty leasing at Square One, using prospecting and project management skills to support revenue growth and brand activations. This position is based at Square One.
As Specialty Leasing Coordinator, you will support the Senior Manager with tenant acquisition, renewals, storage program management, and specialty leasing activities. The work includes coordinating agreements, budgets, logistics, documentation, and communications across Legal, RDC, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting. You will help support annual NOI targets and Square One’s brand positioning through partnerships and activations.
Key Responsibilities: Support prospecting, tenant acquisition, renewals, and successful activations
Manage storage program budgets, expirations, tours, and logistics




Coordinate pop-up and brand activation logistics from setup through move-out
Liaise with Legal, RDC, Marketing, Operations, and Accounting
Prepare agreements, budgets, floorplans, trackers, and pitch decks
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Sales
Three-plus years in shopping centre retail
Or five-plus years of related sales experience
Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
Understanding of retail trends, brands, and MS Office
Bring prospecting, coordination, budgeting, and relationship-building skills to Square One’s specialty leasing programs and tenant partnerships.
