The Purchaser and Supply Chain Coordinator helps balance stock availability, delivery windows, carrying costs, and margins across diverse flooring projects. You will investigate discrepancies, coordinate freight and delivery appointments, manage claims and credits, and maintain reliable records in RFMS and company systems. Branch travel is required.
Key Responsibilities: Compare branch stock before placing new purchase orders
Coordinate freight, consolidation, appointments, and landed costs
Follow up on shortages, damages, returns, and credits
Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely corrections
Report inventory,



delivery, supplier, and corrective-action performance monthly
Requirements: Experience in inventory management, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics
Solid analytical, forecasting, organizational, and communication skills
Experience using inventory systems; RFMS experience is an asset
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Valid driver’s license and required travel between branches
Apply inventory control, procurement, freight coordination, and supplier follow-up skills to protect availability and reduce excess stock.
