You will collaborate with business and technology teams, analyze requests, and recommend improvements supporting operational and strategic goals. Knowledge of mortgages, interest rates, property appraisals, credit assessment, and mortgage products is required.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in request reviews with business users
Create process flows and statements of work
Address business change requests with delivery squads
Track technology delivery releases and provide status updates
Obtain business-user signoffs for system enhancements
Requirements: Two to three years of business analysis experience
Experience eliciting detailed business requirements
Experience with user acceptance testing
Familiarity with project management techniques
