Use electrical and controls troubleshooting expertise as an Industrial Electrician with Johnson Electric in onsite Mississauga, Ontario manufacturing operations.
This Maintenance team role supports production and test equipment across high-volume manufacturing. You will maintain, repair, refurbish, install, and start up automated equipment while supporting reliability, safety, and maintenance effectiveness. The work includes planned maintenance and emergency breakdown response.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot CNC, PLC, robotic, and automated assembly equipment
Repair VFDs, sensors, motor controls, and safety circuits
Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and manufacturing projects




Ensure work complies with company operating systems
Requirements: Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
Valid 442A and/or 309A certificate in good standing
Recognized Electrician Apprenticeship completion
One to five years post-qualification industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical, controls, diagnostic, and communication skills
