TRADER's Business Analyst supports Dealertrack Canada lender clients across production incidents, implementation activities, and platform changes. You will serve as a primary functional contact, determining whether issues involve configuration, data, expected behaviour, or product defects. The position requires clear documentation, focused investigation, and close coordination with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Act as a functional contact for lender issues
Determine configuration, data, behaviour, or defect causes
Coordinate internal follow-up through resolution and closure
Provide lender impact, testing evidence,



and validation support
Coordinate user roles, approvals, and access requirements
Requirements: Four-plus years in client-facing technology environments
Ability to investigate issues and interpret business rules
Experience documenting testing results and acceptance criteria
Solid communication and coordination capabilities
Attention to detail with production materials and change history
Apply functional analysis and client coordination skills to support Dealertrack lender workflows, incidents, access, and production validation.
