Coordinate home and community care as a Registered Nurse with New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program in Shediac. Bilingual English and French communication is required.
This full time permanent position supports holistic patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, patients, and significant others while applying nursing knowledge, theory, and practice. Specialized registered nursing experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate each patient’s care holistically
Assess patient and significant-other care needs
Plan and implement individualized nursing care
Evaluate care delivery and patient needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary health professionals
Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing
Current College of Nursing registration or eligibility
Two years’ recent specialized registered nursing experience
Valid New Brunswick Class 5 driver’s license
Current CPR Level C certification or timely completion
Bring bilingual communication, nursing judgment, and coordinated care expertise to patients served through EMP in Shediac.
