Mechanical troubleshooting leads this onsite Millwright role at Johnson Electric in Ancaster, supporting hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and controls systems.
As a Millwright, you will maintain, repair, refurbish, install, and start production and test equipment. The position supports high volume manufacturing through planned maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment upgrades, and recent manufacturing projects. You will work with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain production equipment and facilities to applicable standards
Repair and install CNC, PLC, robotic, and automated equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical systems, tooling, and production systems
Complete planned maintenance and emergency breakdown response
Read drawings, schematics,



manuals, and equipment documentation
Requirements: Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent
One to five years of industrial maintenance experience
Hands on mechanical assembly, repair, and preventative maintenance skills
Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems
Ability to perform required standing, climbing, lifting, and carrying
