Zehrs Personal Shoppers fulfill customer e-commerce orders efficiently, accurately, and with attention to detail. You will shop for quality products, answer general questions, and contact customers about order accuracy or substitutions. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities: Provide customer service and maintain a positive environment
Shop accurately for customer orders using quality products
Scan products and process debit, credit, cash, and gift-card transactions
Contact customers about order accuracy and product substitutions
Requirements: Attention to detail and willingness to work independently
Resourceful, courteous approach to resolving customer questions
Motivation to learn current things
Flexibility for days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout an entire shift
