Lead park maintenance operations at Good Spirit Lake Provincial Park using supervision, project management, and financial management skills. This role supports the Parks Division’s work in a provincial park setting.
Reporting to the Park Manager, the Resource Maintenance Supervisor is an integral member of the Park Management team. You will supervise the park maintenance team, build relationships with contractors and stakeholders, and lead in-park projects. The work includes budgeting, procurement, landscaping, infrastructure maintenance, and water treatment oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise park maintenance staff through coaching and performance management
Build relationships with contractors, suppliers, lessees, stakeholders, and ministry staff
Lead projects with costing, budget, oversight, and quality control




Manage landscaping, trails, irrigation, and vegetation activities
Oversee preventative maintenance and water treatment operations
Requirements: Leading, coaching, and performance management skills
Project and financial management knowledge and experience
Experience cultivating robust working relationships
Knowledge of procurement and purchasing equipment and supplies
Knowledge of infrastructure, equipment, vehicle, or water operations
