The Retail Team Lead supports New Balance’s retail leadership team while helping deliver a world class guest experience. This role emphasizes sales floor leadership, associate communication, training, development, and store key performance indicators. Retail supervisory experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Provide positive leadership presence on the sales floor
Communicate and coach professionally with all associates
Train associates to achieve store key performance indicators
Deliver guest service through the GUEST service model
Open and close the store following regulations
Requirements: Two years of retail supervisory experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
Demonstrated leadership ability in a retail setting
Robust customer service and verbal communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
