Provide patient-centred nursing care as a Float Pool Registered Practical Nurse at WRHN’s Queen’s location in Kitchener. Apply assessment and clinical judgment across diverse care environments.
This temporary full time RPN position supports Waterloo Regional Health Network clinical teams across units, programs, and outpatient areas. You will adapt to changing patient needs, collaborate with interprofessional teams, and deliver care within your scope of practice. The assignment is approximately until April 2028.
Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care across units, programs, and clinical areas
Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient outcomes

Requirements: Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current BCLS certification
Minimum one year of experience preferred
Demonstrated assessment skills and independent practice ability
Teaching, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
