Support U-Haul customers in Dartmouth by managing rentals, inventory, products, and equipment through hands-on service and technology. This position is onsite at 30 Atlantic St.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center. Use U-Scan technology, prepare invoices, accept returned equipment, and explain products and services. The position also includes moving trucks and trailers, equipment care, hitch installation, propane filling, forklift operation, and ongoing U-Haul University education.
Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with U-Haul products and services
Manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology
Move, hook up, clean, and inspect equipment




Prepare invoices and accept returned rental equipment
Install hitches and trailer wiring
Requirements: Valid driver's license and positive driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
Ability to work around moving parts, fumes, and chemicals
Legal authorization to work without employer sponsorship
Bring customer service, equipment handling, and rental processing skills to U-Haul's Dartmouth center while completing ongoing training.
