As a Representative, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, you will support internal and external recruitment processes across Fraser Health. You will work with hiring leaders, employees, candidates, and TAO colleagues while applying human resources practices and collective agreement provisions. The position includes applicant assessment, employment documentation, recruitment administration, and manager guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and post employment opportunities across Fraser Health sites
Pre-screen applicants and forward matches to hiring managers
Coordinate credentials, qualifications, and employment documentation




Prepare confidential human resources and labour relations letters
Recommend improved methods for human resources administration
Requirements: Two-year human resources or related post-secondary program
Two years of recent related experience or equivalent
Knowledge of human resources practices and collective agreements
Proficiency with computers and online recruitment systems
Ability to type 50 words per minute
Bring recruitment coordination, applicant assessment, and human resources administration skills to Fraser Health’s Surrey TAO team.
