Serve Tim Hortons guests with accurate order entry, payment processing, and friendly communication. This position is based at Victoria International Airport.
SSP Canada’s airport restaurants include Tim Hortons, Fresh Cup, and Spinnakers on the Fly. As a Food Service Attendant, you will prepare and present menu items, serve beverages and food, and promote available choices. The work requires customer service problem-solving, POS procedures, and adherence to recipes.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
Process orders accurately through point of sale procedures
Prepare, garnish, and present ordered menu items
Follow recipes and practice portion control
Perform assigned cleaning tasks using standard products
Requirements: Ability to read, speak, and understand English
Experience handling customer service problems
Ability to remember and promote menu items
Food handlers permit and brand certification as required
Ability to work standing in confined spaces
Bring customer service, menu knowledge, POS operation, and recipe-following skills to Tim Hortons at Victoria International Airport.
