This permanent, part-time Registered Practical Nurse position serves IP Medical C3. The RPN promotes health, prevents illness, and helps clients maintain their highest possible health level. Care follows College of Nurses of Ontario standards and emphasizes person- and caregiver-focused practice, assessment, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care for clients with stable, predictable conditions
Promote health and help prevent illness
Assess, plan, and coordinate client care and resources
Perform venipuncture, IV initiation, and medication administration




Document care and communicate with families and teams
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario Certificate of Competence
Current BCLS and medication administration certificate
Recent medical nursing experience preferred
Knowledge of dementia, delirium, addictions, and neurological conditions
Excellent assessment, documentation, communication, and critical thinking skills
Bring medical nursing, clinical assessment, and person-focused care skills to the Registered Practical Nurse team at PRHC.
