The City of Kamloops is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Administrator for a training opportunity connected to major capital projects. This position supports service excellence through coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Financial forecasting, contract administration, data management, and reporting help maintain accurate, effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Help keep major capital projects on track
Support efficient workload management across project activities
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and City teams
Contribute to financial forecasting and accuracy




Manage project information and performance reporting
Requirements: Business Administration diploma or certificate in a related discipline
Accounting course completion and two years’ relevant experience
Experience with major architecture, engineering, or construction projects
Advanced Word, advanced Excel, and intermediate Access proficiency
Valid BC Class 5 driver’s licence
Develop infrastructure delivery expertise through project coordination, financial forecasting, contract administration, data management, and reporting in Kamloops.
