Key Responsibilities: Oversee safe, supportive group-home operations each day
Manage front-line staff scheduling and coverage
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate front-line staff
Communicate client needs with families and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate client records, notes, and reports
Requirements: Related two-year diploma or recognized post-secondary degree
One year supporting developmental disabilities or mental health challenges
One year of supervisory experience
Behavioural support and personal care experience
Personal vehicle and solid organizational skills required
