Little Burgundy’s Assistant Store Manager helps lead personnel and store execution alongside the Store Manager and Manager In Training. The position combines sales achievement, employee coaching, loss prevention, customer issue resolution, and communication of store needs across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise loss prevention practices during leadership absences
Enforce company policies through feedback and accountability
Communicate store needs to Store Manager and Manager In Training
Exceed personal and store sales standards
Provide fun, full-service customer experiences
Requirements: Robust interpersonal and customer service abilities
Training completion leading to Co-Manager or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Availability for nights and weekends
Ability to work 40 hours per week
