Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Saint-Sauveur through banking advice, customer service transactions, and digital education. This branch role offers 37.5 hours weekly.
As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will guide customers toward suitable staff and solutions for financial needs. You will support new accounts, investment advice, banking solutions, and problem resolution. The work includes customer relationships, confidential judgement, branch processes, and accurate documentation. Training and onboarding sessions are provided.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice, transactions, digital education, and problem resolution
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking




Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Solid communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Build customer relationships at TD Canada Trust using banking knowledge, sound judgement, communication, and digital guidance skills.
