As Manufacturing Superintendent, you will guide team leads and employees through daily GMP production, purification, isolation, and packaging. The operation includes synthetic chemical, natural extraction, and fermentation-related products. BIOVECTRA, part of Agilent, supports clinical-to-commercial production for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee team leads and review departmental production work
Mentor production employees and provide constructive input
Review completed batch production records and resolve documentation items
Troubleshoot equipment, process, and facility issues




Participate in audits, inspections, hiring, and performance evaluations
Requirements: High School Diploma and one year technical experience
Ability to work twelve-hour rotating shifts
Experience with software, spreadsheets, and word processing
Ability to use a respirator and lift fifty pounds
Robust judgment, integrity, independence, and decision-making skills
