Key Responsibilities: Manage daily technical performance under P3 partner contracts
Coordinate partner meetings, check-ins, and conflict resolution
Lead audits and quality assurance activities across two sites
Report contract performance and emerging issues to management
Prioritize technical issues under deadline pressure
Requirements: Licensed Red Seal certificate in an applicable trade
Seven to ten years of relevant work experience
Three years of additional workplace training
Ability to lead projects and work independently
Solid interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
Use contract oversight, technical judgment, and relationship management to support Interior Health’s hospital P3 partnerships.
