As Rental Account Manager, you will manage inside and outside sales while addressing customer transportation needs. The work includes developing prospects, nurturing opportunities, supporting existing accounts, and collaborating across functions to achieve objectives. Success requires sales experience, strong presentations, organization, analytical problem solving, and customer-focused communication.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and nurture recent rental sales opportunities
Customize solutions for customer transportation requirements
Present proposals addressing transportation problems and needs




Achieve sales goals at or above quota
Provide ongoing support to accounts and dealers
Requirements: At least three years of demonstrated sales success
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Above-average interpersonal and presentation skills
Cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem-solving capability
Ability to organize responsibilities and manage time effectively
Use outside sales, proposal development, account support, and analytical skills to expand Ryder’s transportation rental business.
