This regular, full time apprenticeship centers on operating facility systems and maintaining mechanical and other systems. Training combines classroom instruction with on-the-job experience and requires approximately 9,000 hours. The role operates within company policy and trade certification limits. Candidates need 313A or 313D Apprentice registration and a G3 or G2 Gas License.
Key Responsibilities: Operate facility systems under qualified supervision
Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems
Complete corrective maintenance as required
Deliver routine services on facility systems
Combine in-school and on-the-job training
Requirements: Registered 313A or 313D Apprentice
Valid G3 or G2 Gas License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pre-employment screening completion
Approximately 9,000 apprenticeship training hours
Develop HVAC expertise through facility operations, preventative maintenance, corrective work, and structured apprenticeship training.
