Assemble reciprocating gas engines at INNIO Waukesha using complex drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Work across flexible shifts while meeting safety and quality standards.
This Manufacturing Technician supports the assembly manufacturing process for engine products and sub-assemblies. The work includes mechanical and electrical assembly, equipment operation, inspections, and electrical configuration. You will document non-conformities, maintain tools, and support continuous improvement within Environmental Health and Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform complex mechanical and electrical assembly across engine product types
Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain assembly equipment
Complete generator set engine electrical configurations for testing
Conduct first article,



final, and dimensional inspections
Document non-conformities and support root cause analysis
Requirements: High school diploma and relevant combined experience
Basic technical aptitude in computers, math, assembly, and fabrication
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedule and shifts
Ability to meet physical and cognitive demands assessment
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
